hello everyone, I'm suki , I come from China ,a north city.obviously I speak mandarin .I am in Canada for 5 years. before this year, I lived in Montreal .

I need to speak to officer of children's services about subsidy
I need to fill a form of tax
I need to listen by phone
most time , I can understand a part of content mainly ,but isn't too clear.
I will ,I have to practice more about listening ,I feel uncomfortable when I can't understand any conversations.
