e-mail to my friend -shui

Dear shui,
How are you? I heard you catch cold again, do you feel better?
Some people think vinegar evaporating can reduce the number of viruses. Do you believe that? Study shows, that not truth. The date tell us,the number of viruses is same as before vinegar evaporating. A lot of people do that every day in the winter, they still get cold.
Doctors advise us, frequent hand washing,do more exercises outdoor.
    I hope you'll recover soon.
